Grenade Launchers and their accessories cannot be exported except for Mil/LE End Users.

The M203 is registered as an unrestricted firearm (I think you may have to register yourself with DFAIT as well), the issue with the KAC stuff is that they can't export it (US Gov), not that we can't own it (CFC) (assuming money is no object- they aren't cheap when they sell).
