Good luck. The American's can't even come up with enough pre-orders to make KAC do a semi-only run for civi's.

Well no governent contract = production for us in Canada. It's not le mi only if they make us semi auto version. With current state of affairs I do not see any contracts from USA military for pdw. 100 units on Canada would sell In weeks. Civilians are willing to buy why not?
Farmboy, with a attitude of it can not be done, why even deal? Try to contact kac and bug them to make us a Canadian version in short berrel. The round is not good for nr. I am sure they will crack sooner or later and give into our demands. Lol.

Read Farmboy's follow up post it is not a min.100 units it is 1000 units. Besides even if it is 100 units at $4000 a pop that is still $400,000 that he will need to cough up up front while KAC re-tool the production line, apply for a a export permit, the RCMP to review and issues a FRT number. It will take at least 6 months to a year before it ends up on the self, that is a lot of capitol to have tie up for just one product for any business.
