I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a KAC M5 RAS and M4 RAS. I checked One shot Tactical, but they are sold out.

Also anyone know what kind of bayonet, will work on a colt AR?

M7 Bayonet, bought one off Irunguns mounts right on my AR15A4. Good stuff, still sharp. The M7 design is a lot stronger then the newer M9's and they are available relatively cheap.

Thanks for the heads up. You wouldn't of happen to know where I can get a KAC RAS M5 other than OST?

As of now not really, although I bet you're trying to go for the M16A4 clone look eh? About the M5, the M5 RAS is pretty dated. It's a non free float rail that weighs around 20oz, you can get similar quad rails from other manufactures like DD that do all the M5 does, look pretty similar and weigh half as much/cost half as much. It's something I would look into.

What length covers are you looking for?
The M5 RAS is rifle length, like these:

The M4 RAS is carbine length I think. I've seen a few M4 RAS on EE, but it's been a while since I saw the M5 set, and yeah, OST has been out for at least a month, maybe more. Not sure who else carries KAC.

What kind of optic is the diemaco wearing?

It’s nothing fancy I’m afraid, a Bushnell AR Optics 1-4x24 BTR-1. It does the job and gives me enough magnification to shoot out to 200m (max of the nearest outdoor range), I can’t afford an Elcan at the moment, but it’s on my nice-to-have list.
