Love my SR-15! Don't worry, this thing is accurate with the right load. 1:7" twists don't really like the 55 grain loads but mine shoots around MOA with PMC XP193. I've been shooting 69gr SMK's lately at 2725fps and they're holding 1/2 MOA at 200yds.

Mounted the NF for some more load testing

This was stock

Derek at Red Deer Shooting Center hooked me up and was a total pleasure to deal with.

You wouldn't regret buying one!

I have a SR15E3 Mod 1 and absolutely love it! I put a KAC Triple Tap brake on it, a CTR stock, vickers sling and Aimpoint T-1 Micro. The gun is so incredibly smooth shooting, and I haven't had a failure yet.

Here it is on a gopher hunt:

Jealous. I wish I could hunt gopher with my restricted AR.

Nope, its not that clear, lots if threads on that discussion and still no concensus, its your land on your dwelling address.

Yep it is clear and you are wrong:

Places where prohibited and restricted firearms may be possessed

17. Subject to sections 19 and 20, a prohibited firearm or restricted firearm, the holder of the registration certificate for which is an individual, may be possessed only at the dwelling-house of the individual, as recorded in the Canadian Firearms Registry, or at a place authorized by a chief firearms officer.

Omg who cares. Let's throw any fellow gun owner under the bus because they are not hurting anyone. For all we know he made a trip south of the border with it or just plain doesn't give a sh-t about a stupid law. If the pic is in canada he can explain to the court why he was doing what he was doing, should he be caught.

Thanks for the advice. Nice to know that I just need to own some land, and I won't need to worry about indictable firearms offences. Ok, so I just need to go buy some dirt, then I won't need to worry about my restricted firearms regulations. Thanks for the tip. How much land do you think I need acquire before I can start pulling the trigger?

I propose a slight change. Time for all of us to send this to our MPs.

I guess that means you can shoot out of your house window or out of your garage into a target set in the backyard, even better at least you're not bothered by the rain or snow.

A covered patio is part of your dwelling house if you want some fresh air while you shoot.

I seriously think their is law saying where you can fire a restricted too. This isn't going to be a simple change for the government. I am sure they will be able to handle it!
