I came across this image published by thr dailymail in the uk. It was taken earlier in the year when a crazy dude was shot outside of the whitehouse. Looks like the Capitol police or the secret service have a bunch of fully loaded 11.5" KAC E3 carbines

They are Secret Service Capitol police are only on Capitol Hill secret Service is the primary agency responsible for POTUS security. Also you can see Secret Service under the police on the placard on the rear of their armor carriers. Also the ginger bearded dude is a friend of mine from back home in NoVa (Northern Virginia for all you people who think I meant Nova Scotia)
