kadet kit mis-fires

I got a kadet kit for my cz 75 sp 01. i've tried some cheap ammo and some good stuff and i'm having alot of misfires and light strikes. any one else having similar issues or have any advice on what i should do to rectify the issue. The gun shoots 100% reliable when it's mated with the 9mm parts.

Clean your gun=frame internals and slide internals; then oil; Mobil 1 works well. Make sure the slide (slide inside the slide) cycles smoothly. In rare cases one may need to file/sand rails a tiny bit for smooth cycling. What main spring are you using? Some people report they have light strikes with lighter main springs.

I believe I have read that it is an issue with the #13 main spring causing too light of a strike on the rimfire cartridge.

Some people do report light strikes with 13# main spring. I got 13# main on a gun and it works 100%. I've heard a few others say it works only if they have 17# or heavier spring in.

In general, it a combination of many variables.

thanks guys, i bought both the gun and the kit used from different people. i'll email the guy and see if he changed the spring as well as give it another cleaning.
