Is this show different than the HACCS show? 'cause the one just held in Chilliwack sucked. Unless you like buying old used crap for more than new price or cheap knock off crap for brand name prices. I keep hoping for something more realistic. I did buy one over priced recoil pad though, just because.

I went to the Kamloops show last year, and I wasn't terribly impressed...I thought the recent one in Chilliwack was great though! (and a lot closer)

sounds like the calgary gun show..... 900 tables of junk, and then 5 good tables (which happen to be sponsors)

Lots of stuff and big dollars on most.
The smoking deals the dealers scoop up before the show starts.
They get to see the merchandise before the general public.
The Salmon Arm show is good.
Decent prices too.
There is suppose to be one in Lumby or Armstrong as well.
Not sure on this one.
Will consider it this year if there is one.

Paul and the CANAMMO team are great ... yes, I am a recent (= Dec10) GRIZZLY purchaser.
It is worth the day-trip to Kamloops ... from the Okanagan. Last year, BC CFO folks were on-site for almost-immediate transfers of restricteds and ATTs to take your purchase home. I don't know about this year.
Do the CFOs in other provinces do that ??

I will be there. I had a table last year. I blew out all my stuff at rock bottom prices. The only problem is you end up having to sit there with two items left on Sunday......

I allways think of these shows as a great way to learn about firearms and see a few cool rare items. I allways learn somthing and if you take the time to talk with the "crusty old sellers" You may learn a thing or too also. If you go only to find below cost items this is not the right event for you. Seriously though how many times do gun nutz get the chance to go to a large organized gun focused event?

Just got back from the show in Vagas . After you seen American hospitality, it's hard to beat. The supplyers were great,the people were wonderful and the whole atmopspher was great. The part that amazed me was the amount that they knew about our problems up here and trhe failing of the long gun vote. They have a lot of problems down there from the capital to the local laws but they are sticking together on these issues.
With an up-comming election we can learn the same thing.

X2 on the crappy chilliwack gun show this year. Drove 3hrs both ways for nothing.
x2 Pardon my grammar but, .. ain't that the truth.
Plus the many antique type goodies for "she who must be obeyed".
My wife and I ( = 2 x RPAL) will be attending the Kamloops show. Not too sure about PG Gun Show one week later, it's more than a day-trip from home in central Okanagan.

at least one good friend from calgary will be there so ill probably go up for the weekend, got a place to stay there and kamloops has great scenery
