karamojo bell's .275 rigby (7x57 mauser) rifgle help

Evening guys, so since I have finished my first custom bolt action as a gift for my father I have my heart set on building a homage to karamojo bells rifle.

I cant seem to find many good pictures of the full rifle just a few odd angle shots. I want to closely replicate the stock and drop a mauser 98 action in it. I will put in double set triggers instead of a single trigger like in his rifle.

my second problem is that Im not sure what style of scope it has on his gun, it looks like an old german style scope but im not very well versed on this area.


Any info is much appreciated ? or post pics if you have a similar gun!

I can only suggest you go to > Nitroexpress > Mauser Pics. & Archive and look around, lots of pics. etc. there / join and post your ?. A good site IMHO. --- John303.

its the second rifle down. Rigby got the stock design just right with this one, I havent fired another 7x57 which manages the recoil so well as this one. It almost makes you feel like you are firing a little hornet!
