... just wondering about my 20 boxes of Breneke Black Magic 3 inch mag slugs .
 
I have had several dealings with Kate, and her customer service is exceptional, I get a msg back straight away, even after hrs/weekend.
My experience (3times ? All good)

She hasn't called me back either. I'm starting to wonder if she still cares. Just to hear that honey-sweet voice with the alluring accent. I miss hearing from her-and I don't even have an order in.

I can whisper sweet nothings into your ear with my alluring accent. Some have referred to it as one part Tom Waits, one part Gomer Pyle. All parts quite enchanting.

And I care.

But seriously, having dealt with Kate multiple times, I'm sure if she's not rushing to an answer, there's a reason.

Be patient.
 
Don't know if the wife would appreciate it. That, and last time I dealt with Kate, I teased her about her accent, so I figured this time I better be nice.
 
i imagine there is a vacation or other real life circumstance preventing a reply - i havent heard back in a few days, which is odd, its normally minutes or hours (even afterhours/weekends) - top notch service

atr - we have brennekes on order, but Rio ones - we have heard nothing on them for over a year, but we'll let you know when we do!! :)
 
Guys , guys , I was just bugging Kate to bring some Brenekes in . This has nothing to do with e-mails or customer service .
 
Kate , will you be bringing in the heavy ones in 3" mag , bear medicine ?
