Keeping magnetic pipe sight in place

Shortened a ribbed shotgun barrel (which of course removed the front bead), and bought one of those magnetic high viz pipe sights that slips over the rib. Got the correct size and all ... it fits well, looks good, and picks up plenty of light. Only problem is, it's pretty easy for it to slide off. As the shotgun will ride on my ATV gun rack, I imagine the sight will disappear in about 3 seconds unless I come up with some way of semi-permanently securing it to the rib other than just with the magnets. Thought silicone might do the trick ... just don't want to ruin the sight when/if I decide to remove it. Looking for other possible solutions ..

Thanks. I used a few little dabs of "gloozit" ... seems to be stuck fairly well. If that fails, I'll D&T for a small stop screw.
