Kel-Tec and Norc Ammo...this poop's weird...

The ammo is marked as "mil-spec .223" so it may be an over pressure situation in your rifle......

Strange. The Norc stuff I used with my Mini 14 seemed to be less consistent and colder loaded than the Sellier and Bellot 5.56...
 
is there lacquer on the norc rounds? if so likely a buildup of lacquer in the chamber causing the rounds to stick. hotter it gets easier they stick.
 
Im half way through a crate (1600) of Norc 55 FMJ, no issues at all...hope your able to find the issue soon.
