Was the barrel and stock block done by KelTec? If not, who made the barrel. Thanks!

Why wouldn't the barrel be done by kel tec??? It doesn't need to be 18.6". It's a rimfire thus OAL is needed to keep it NR

Stock block I assume IRG did it along with the engraving

It has a last round bolt hold open. They say it is safe to dry fire occasionally, but with rimfires you don't want to dry fire a lot as the firing pin can break.

That said most modern designs don't have that issue.
