Kel Tec In Canada?

So I am interested in a Kel Tec SU.22, does anybody know anything about this company? do they sell stuff in Canada? has anybody had any experiences with the SU.22? Looks really good

Actually the problem is the US laws not ours.

As mentioned, it's not the Canadian laws. They are perfectly legal here. The problem is the American government won't let them be exported.

I really wish they were here....I LOVE the SU-16.....it'd be a great backpacking gun as it can fold up, but it'd be marked as RESTRICTED because of its look, so wrong.

No, it would be restricted due to barrel length. It's not a variant of any firearm listed in the firearm act, so it would be non-restricted with a proper length barrel.

A 22lr that they won't allow export that is weird. How can this rifle not be considered a sporting firearm?

As far as I can tell they don't make any distinction between centerfire or rimfire. All rimfire parts are subject to the same rules.
