Any advantages or disadvantages over a regular KSG?

Advantages: It is 1lb lighter, more slim, better designed pump grip for safety

Disadvantages: no pic rail from factory, no forward sling loop, possible break in period, less capacity.

That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

I can't currently find one anywhere. I hope vault beings them in as well as some extended ksg buttpads.

My shoulder is mush today haha. That'll teach me not to shoot so many slugs in one sitting!

Apparently these pachmayr pads in small fit the ksg, so figure they fit the ks7.

Yea. I'm not a huge fan of the slip on pads for this particular firearm, but I might have to if I want to shoot volume out of it without injuring myself. I'm hoping someone from the states will ship up here.
