Kel tec KSG extraction issue

Hi guys I have a keltec KSG shotgun. It has some extraction problem. Every few rounds there will be one empty shell that got stuck in the chamber and then a fresh round been pushed against it causing the double feed. It happened at least ten times today at the range and I wonder if that means KSG has a broken extractor? If yes how do I fix it in Canada? Thanks.

I also wonder does ammo brand also contribute to this issue? I am using Challenger 12-Gauge 2.75-in Handicap Ammunition.

Luckily i've had no problems with mine but i still wouldnt trust my life with it. Is it from the first batch that came into canada? I know the first gen had issues like that.
 
I fixed several by polishing the chamber . Brake hone works best but some have been done with emery in a wood dowel on a drill. The chamber gets rough in the plating process and the hulls can stick to the barrel and it then rips the extractor off the shell rim instead of extracting.
Done a few very common.
