So I got my rfb like 3 or 4 weeks ago and wen I receve it frome wolverine it was missing the front sling attachment. I was starting to get bum as it seem wolvering wasent willing to do much, or that was the impression I had.

So last april wen I went to florida I went to visit kel-tec and chatted with Chad(guy from the nutfancy video) and was really cool and showd me a rfb and the ksg. So last week I toth what the hell I'm going to shoot him a email. I saide that I didnt get the sling attachment and ask him if it there would be something that could be done about that.

To that he responded no problem dont worry I going to take care of you just send me your adress and I send you some goodies! Well I just got this by mail!

Wow, that's awesome customer service!

Just out of curiosity, what is your first language because I get the feeling it isn't english?

Freaken Chad
Now this is a great story and yet another reason why I love being a owner of KelTec products.
Oh ya don't sweat the typo nazi's. As my spelling is the equalient of a 4 year old from a 3rd world country now days since theres no spell check on this site :p

The more surprising part to this story is how Wolverine treated you, can you elaborate?
Congrats on the swag.... most others with Keltec issues will probably never see that, willing to share his email?

Well at first he was very positive and assure me he was going to make it right, but it took pass a week and i was told aftef that ALL the rfb that passed troue that place didnt have front sling atachment! Ok tough that dont make sence, why give a sling then... So i contacted chad, and told wolverine that i wasent going to need thers assistence on the mather

If you need GUN parts - you will wait a long time.

I have been told that Kel Tec is experiencing a serious shortage of replacement parts
and
A very time consuming export licence procedure (they have to apply for an individual permit for each parts shipment to Canada).:(

American RFB owners report fast turnaround time for parts and warranty repairs - that may be where our replacement parts are going .

Its the smaller companies that are the best ones. They tend to reflect the older days when companies cared about all their customers, not just the big spenders. Lots of times it is also because they have to in order to stay up.

This little care package probably only cost them something like $25 plus shipping. But the result is they helped secure a customer, and attracted quite a few more.

Most larger companies just don't care about one or two people, since their are hundreds of thousands of other still buying their stuff.

Agreed.
Stories of small companies with great customer service tend to secure my business.
Way better when you can call someone up, explain your problem (nicely; being in customer service, I cannot stress that enough. catch more with honey than vinegar etc etc...) and have them deal with it, not routed over seven desks, playing telephone tag so much that your original problem is lost.
