ya, that surprises me about Wolverine.. what happened to the iron clad warranty? i was just going to buy a scope from them for that reason, maybe i will think twice about it.

Think I'll have to see about that SU-16 once the registry falls, you know, for commemorative purposes ;)
 
To explain our side

Wolverine Supplies was working to find the sling stud for our customer. We admit it was a long process. We are part of the dealer network selling Kel-Tec products in Canada, and for this reason, we were trying to work with the importer to find out the availability of the front handguard sling swivel. In the mean time, Kel-Tec addressed the problem directly as the OP has indicated.

Rest assured that we were trying our best to assist our customer. To the best of my knowledge, none of the RFB we have seen come through our doors have contained the front sling swivel.

Make no mistake our warranty policy is as plain and simple as it reads. We try our absolute hardest to take care of our customers.

If there are any additional concerns with anything purchased through Wolverine Supplies, I ask that everyone please feel free to contact the store either by phone or email. I believe that our customer service and support will speak for itself.

I just want to had that they always responded to my email. And I think i was as un-bias as i could, as this tread wasent started to critesize wolverine but to praise kel-tec for there service!

The intent of my post was not to point fingers in any way. I too am impressed with Kel-Tec. I'm glad to hear they took care of the issue.

My post was merely to offer our side, and to try to alleviate some of the fears of poor service and warranty, as has been commented in this thread.
 
If you see an H where there shouldnt be and no H 's where needed you can bet its a french canadian . I ve asked people why they do that but no explanation why ? If you watch the cooking show with Riccardo you ll see what i mean . "Come to my ouse and ill be appy to show you ow to cook an Happle pie "
