Hey Guys;
So... Lots of guys like the RRA LAR8 polymer mags in their RFB's... So, I decided to try a couple.
And, after 3 range trips I started having trouble. No issues with the first round being stripped from the mag, chambered & fired. But, I would then get a 'click'... I quickly discovered that it was not picking up the second round from the mag. I inspected the latch area of the mag and discovered it was damaged by the latch/locking mechanism in the RFB.
Below is that pic... Obviously, I'm done with using polymer mags in the RFB and, I'm out the value of the two mags. And, I'm looking to save you guys the headache & cost. Metal mags only boys, metal mags only IMHO.
Cheers
Jay
