Picked one up from Wanstall's. Lots of fun.

I thought a saw a post about spare mags here before, but I can't seem to find it now using search.

Just wanted to let people know that the Black Dog Machine XFORM mags work fine in the SU-22 (got mine from Questar).

Yeppers. If the read KTOG you can cut the pin stop on the 10 round mags and then they hold 15 rounds. However I've also been told that this makes the mag prohibated.
The blackdog mags fit both pistol and rifle so I'm abit confused on the laws. LOL they are sorta gray anyway!!!!!

It doesn't matter what they fit in. What matters is what the manufacturer says they are made for. The Black Dog are marketed by the manufacturer as being made for .22 caliber AR-15 rifles only. The Kel -Tec made mags are made for both their SU-22 rifles and PLR-22 pistols, so they are considered to be pistol mags. The fact that the Black Dog mags just happen to work in the SU-22 or PLR-22 is immaterial, as far as the law is concerned.

the xforms were not in stock at Questar so I looked on Brownells and they were sold out. I did some more searching and stumbled upon AR/22lr conversion mags from cmmg. They look like the BD mags but are grey and have a green follower. Has anybody seen these or used them? I found them at Wolverine and ordered 2. Ill post up when I get them to say if they work or not.
