I was curious how long it was going to take to get them back after the barrel fiasco which they told me was still 60 days. Anyway i asked him how many of these guns were made and how many they plan on building. Vault told me the tan rifles were limited to 200 guns canada wide and are all sold out. Glad i snagged one!!! He did tell me there was talks of building black ones but nothing set in stone at the moment. Cool bit of info for those that were able to snag one :)
 
Thanks for the update. I bought mine from wanstalls late night after one too many beers... I was regretting it a little until I had it in my hands. Unfortunetly the day I was gonna shoot it, the news broke.. and the regretful feeling came back! lol.. Ah well, as long as I get it back, I don't care as much anymore... counting down the days... I've got a tan fab defense stock, vert grip and viper one point sling when it comes!

Lol me too! I stopped counting down the days tho ill be happy if i get it by summer. Already have a fab defense butt stock and a blackhawk 3 point sling waiting for it. Ill pass the time by buying ammo lol
 
That sling need any mounting points? I was iffy on the one point sling, but since it already comes with a small sling loop, i figured what the heck! I gotta stop looking at firearms websites after drinking beer... ugh.. ;)
You switching up the optic? I got a millett dms 1-4x with a burris pepr mount that i have on my ar that i'll probably try on this.
Yup.. the hunt is now on for some decent .223... trying not to go bimetal.. but it appears thats all in stock.. at a decent price atleast!
 
I have a vortex red dot with 2X magnification Ill be putting on it. I already have the trace optic sold to a buddy for 75 bux. I heard its crap anyways. when I can afford it Id like the burris ar red dot. I just want the damn thing. I have a plan for the sling once I have the rifle in my hands. dammit its gunna be a long 60+ days. I bought a case of surplus .223 and I have about 20 boxes of american eagle ammo saved up. by the time I have the damned rifle that should double LMAO
 
I've got all the 223 ammo bought up in town....lol Seen some 62 g , was wondering if that's to heavy? 500 rnds for $170 + txs. And it's only 600 km away .
 
Is vault sending all the rifles back in one shipment lot or are they going in batches as they come in?

I doubt theyve collected them all, so hopefully theyve already shipped some back to kel tec and aren't waiting for each rifle to come back first to ship them in one lot.

Not sure where people are getting the 60 days from. I heard 30-90 days.

I wasnt being rude. Google could easily answer your questions. Yea i said it in a smartass manner, but then again i do the same to my friends.

You can remove the sand from inside your ###### now.
 
There's a difference about being a smartass to your friends and being rude to strangers, I'm the latter. when I talked to them yesterday they havent even shipped them back to kel tec yet!!!! bastards. it will be summer by the time we have them I bet

as far as I know the difference is the furniture, the iron sights and the fact it comes with the rifle bag and trace optics red dot. oh and the mag extension LOL

All is forgotten and I hope you still offer advice, cause I need it.@ zeuce it appears to look diff where the forend ends. I hope the 8 1/2 forend I have coming fr red lion looks and fits ok .And canada post sucks 3 weeks fr Calgary to NL...Reallly?

Ugh, pathetic.

They should be shipping them back in bunches to get the ball rolling on this process, I bet they have enough of them back to start shipping.

Yep they sure do the guy i was talking to said he was looking at a huge crate of them. They better not be waiting to get all 200 back! Thats impossible. Everyone that bought one should phone vault and ask when they are getting shipped out maybe that will light a fire under their asses! 1-604-522-1999
