Kel Tec Sub 2000 Accessories

I've also been looking for Red Lion Precision gear in Canada. Once that becomes available I'll buy a Sub 2K. My buddy has the Sub 2K but the sight is a little low for my old neck to extend properly. With the Red Lion mount, I can slap on a nice optic and still fold the Sub 2K.
 
Do you have any shipping options other than $20? Looking at picking up the $30 bracket. Let me know. Shipping on your site is almost as much as the item I want to buy, which is physically small and doesn't weigh anything.
