Nice, if you really like it you could use silicone it in place and loose the zap straps.
Actually some strips of industrial velcro would be slick and let you remove it from time to time to clean underneath.

stretch it over without cutting, then just trim out the slot for the charging handle!

I tried a rubber one made by another company (not tacticool), and found it very uncomfortable on facial hair....too grippy. I also worried about it shifting out of place and interfering with the bolt.
