Kel-tec sub 2000 sight problem

Hi !

I whent to the range to try my kel-tec sub 2000 for the first time last sunday. My shot where too much to the left so i mouved the sight to the left. I did it till i reached the end on the sight ajustement by the left and the shots where still 5 inches to the left at 25m....

Is the a way to moove the plastic front sight on the barrel to get more ajustement ?

I think they are glued on... it might be possible try looking for videos where people have removed the sight in order to use an aftermarket sight or rail.

Does it look like the front sight is canted of to the side? If you are the original owner I'd return it and get one that shoots straight!

I have seen where people glue them back on with epoxy when they spin... Not sure about adjustments.

There is a band on the barrel and then the sight is glued to it. When I took mine off to replace it with one of the decent AR style sights from Red Lion that I got from Iron Eagle I had to use a Dremel too cut it off.

I filed the plastic spacers add a shim and put a small nut and bolt to hold it all together.

I'm not the original owner but i'll try to call kel-tec to get it fix. If it don't work, i'll try to move it by heating the sight with hairdryer. My last solution will be buying an after merket sight.
