Kelbly Atlas Tactical - MDT SA magazine with or without binder plate?

Does anyone know if the MDT short action magazine without binder plate will function in a Kelbly Atlas tactical action?

Likely it's an extended cut action, but Kelby should be able answer that for you. We generally recommend the binder plate unless you really need the loading length.

I run the same action in a MDT ACC chassis and use the MDT mags without the binder plate.
