it would not be my first choice but
1. kelblys have export permits so if you get your import docs they can ship direct, no middleman
2. they are alright, see if they will bed it for you with pillars, more money but they will do it pretty good,
3. on rimfire there is not much torque but it will do,
also you can order form champ choice I think
