I want to do some bulk reloading for my RFB; not really wanting to feed a bunch of corrosive surplus through it. Wondering if someone has a good ground up recommendation? (brass, powder & bullet)

You looking for match grade stuff to shoot sub MOA or just plinking?

If plinking I would use whatever brass you can get your hands on and use it till it dies. 150gr FMJ Hornady bullets can be had cheap from Budget Shooter Supply in the top banners. For powder there are quite a few that work with .308 so whatever you can find for cheapest. I use H4895 because I then have one powder for 4 of the calibres I load.

Factory ammo in .308 isn't too pricey either. I can commonly find 20rnds of .308 soft points for $15.

In my M305 I run:
-whatever brass (I'm far enough from max to not worry)
-150gr Remington FMJ BT projectiles (switching to the Hornady's soon)
-42gr of H4895
-CCI large rifle primers

For cheaper plinking I run:
-whatever brass
-185gr gas checked cast bullets (it's a Lee mould, forget number)
-35gr of H4895 (tried H4831 like many use with cast bullets and it wouldn't cycle reliably)
-CCI large rifle primers

My Norc M14/M305 is too damn heavy to want to hunt with it so I don't really have any hunting recipes.
