The kid is 17. His life is ruined, and people are dead.

This isn't a video game, or a movie...it's real life. Most of us grow out of the gun-fetish glorification of violence bull by the time we get to high school...apparently a lot of agro-man-children on here that need to get a life.
Dig up whatever dirt you want on the people he shot, this kid isn't judge-jury-executioner for past deeds. He was being chased because he SHOT someone...Again, if he hadn't been there with a gun, and lack of discipline, he wouldn't be sitting in a cell right now.

He shot someone because he was being chased, buddy.

POS Scum bags are dead. Good ####ing riddance. Bet that ########er wished he didnt hit that kid with a skateboard... lol....

They all deserved those freedom seeds. that video is pure awesome.

Yes, why does a 17 yr old at a protest need an AR?
Please enlighten us with... "what's going on"

Why does a guy with a gun prohibition need to be at a riot with a glock...

You haven't helped your case at all... people are fed up of the riots and I would love to see your reaction if this was your neighborhood...

Real life... give me a ####ing break... if the ####ing pedophile, rapist and wife beater had been doing something productive with their lives ... guess what... they wouldn't be dead or missing an arm after attacking a ####ing 17 year old after a different rapist was shot while resisting police...

Get better...

Correct. He should at least get his facts right before he makes a judgment. It's certainly not an easy situation to judge.

If your town was burning to the ground what would you do? Hard to say. 17 year olds don't make the best decisions. Should he have been there? Probably not, but he sure did show discipline in regards to who he shot, and how he behaved.

What's going on is that the western world has been infected by people with thinking like yourself. It's gotten to the point where no rules apply if you're a lefty and politicians are so obsessed with reelection, that they go "woke" and won't crack down on rioting. A 17 year old defending his community isn't the issue, the issue is that we've allowed society to deteriorate to the point where 17 year old's are taking it upon themselves to uphold law and order. The kid did good, I would have him as my neighbor, and the world needs less people like yourself.

You are pathetic.

You IQ would need to be higher then room temperature to understand...

At least get it straight that he was being chased, threatened, and objects thrown at him by the first individual he shot. At least get that fact straight bc there is plenty of video showing that.

also one of scumbags he shot pointed a Glock at the kid.

I sense there's not a lot of Canadians with a dark sense of humor judging by the responses in this thread.

I think this mag should be paired with a "Pinochet Helicopter Tour" mag to round out the PC triggering crowd lol.

He had the AR-15 for protection, he has stated this on video. You act like he was the only one with a firearm. The AR-15 was in Wisconsin the whole time; he did not leave his house "locked and loaded" as you claim. Kyle wasn't "looking for trouble", in fact he actively tried avoiding it when he was attacked both times, the first time being after he helped put out a literal dumpster fire at a gas station, which is what drew the ire of Rosenbaum and led to the initial attack.

And how is this strange? They are AR mags that feature a prominent individual who used one to defend himself against violent assault. Seems very fitting to me.

He was locked and loaded. Kid did not need to be armed. He stated on video he was there to protect local business, to help and for defending himself. Then showed his first aid bag. So good on him. But he didn't need to have a rifle Slung around him drawing serious attention to himself to do that. Honestly that's probably one reason that made him stand out. And I firmly believe one reason he was targeted was some of his attackers wanted the rifle for themselves.

Do I feel empathy for the people he shot? No. The hell with them, it was self defence at that point, they were scum. There's a difference between protesters and rioters looking for trouble, they were looking for trouble. So no tears for them.

If you read this kids background, he is a police wanna be and for some reason wanted to be a part of the action and chaos. I believe he had only good intentions and do some good, but was way the F over his head. As soon as he went out with that rifle, he wasn't getting home without it being used.

I feel sorry for this kid. A lengthy court battle a head and he'll never be the same after. Nothing good comes from getting involved in a RIOT/CIVIL WAR for an evening that wasn't in his neighborhood or outside his own business. That is a different situation entirely. I give him praise and shake my head at the same time.
