I wasn't expecting an advertisement for a limited-edition AR mag to make the problems in the Canadian gun community so crystal clear.

We will never get anywhere in our desire to reclaim the rights we've lost if gun-owning butthurt thudf*cks moan all over all types of social media about how bad it is that somebody had the audacity to defend themselves with a firearm. Isn't that a major issue we fight for up here?
When you demonize Rittenhouse, you also demonize Eddie Maurice and Gerald Stanley. Change my mind without changing your logic.

Also, ignoring the fact that he worked during the day in Kenosha for his job, and was specifically there that day to help literally clean the community speaks volumes about anti-social sentiment as well.

A pedo and a wife beater are dead, and a burgular lost the use of his arm. Cry harder.

While i agree with the self defence aspect. He shouldn't have been there in the first place.

When I was 17 I was getting chased around by girls, not antifa cucks

100% in agreement.

I would choke my 17 year old kid out before letting him go out to provide medical services during a protest.

That being said, if my 17 year old kid was attacked the way this kid was. I would pray that he had a firearm, showed as much constrain and that he shot as well.

I'm proud that there are still men that will defend their homes and cities from barbaric hoards of domestic terrorists.

Canada is not far off from this level of brain dead self destruction. Our children are being taught "Critical Race Theory" (white people bad) and Socialism in schools and on TV

Good times make soft men.
Soft men make hard times. <---we are here.
Hard times make hard men
Hard men make good time.

I'm mature enough to admit I was wrong on some of what I said, absolutely. It was never my intent to lie/make stuff up. You just hear the news come in from so many different sources who all have slightly different claims. It's like the telephone game in a way, so I was just saying things I thought I had heard in the whole mess of news coverage on it. Also, considering at this point the courts are claiming it to be murder/homicide, I feel it's not immature of me to say as much.

So is this the adult move?

Blame someone else for what you posted , then make up some more stuff about the courts, then delete it

Shawn

A person being in a city.

A rioting mob burning down a city.

Which one of these doesn't belong? seems to me like the rioting mob was the one looking for trouble.

He was stupid because he was looking for trouble. Not because he was in the city. From the few film clips I've seen, it was probably self defense. However, I'm not sure anything was gained here. Chances are he ruined his own life, even if he avoids a manslaughter charge or murder charge. I expect he will get charged with some firearm related offences simply because he is underage carrying a rifle around. If it happens to be a felony in that state, good luck to him being allowed to buy another gun.

Putting yourself in a situation that is likely to get out of hand is never really a good idea, unless it's forced on you. If he had been in his home town, defending his home. or homes or businesses in his own community, I would likely have a different opinion.

Looking forward to the next step. tired of all these ####ing spineless ####s on here Monday morning quarterbacking from a country that dosent allow anyone to carry unless its to protect money or politicians is laughable.

Loved how that kid gave those cowards freedom seeds, and did a fan####ingyastic job making sure all rounds were on target !

Something the CGN out of shape neckbeards wouldn't understand.

IRG...

I love you guys but to be honest I really find these mags in poor taste. I absolutely support that kid defending himself and based on the facts as I understand them I see nothing wrong with what he did. However, likening the events and the kid to a game and game "champion" is disrespectful to all those involved.

Those two towns are pretty much in the same community, you probably wouldn’t know unless you looking for the sign. It’s like driving from Toronto to Mississauga.

If there’s a wildfire in a nearby town, do you wait till it hits your city to put it out or are you proactive? Did you see how badly Minneapolis and St. Paul were destroyed?

It doesn’t look like he was looking for trouble.

Your characterization is interesting. Driving from Toronto to Mississauga is within a sprawling metropolis area. Antioch is a town with a population of about 16-17000 in Illinois. Kenosha is in Wisconsin, about 30 miles away. I doubt a local would not be aware they were in a different community.

And yeah, he was looking for trouble, and he found some. I would agree the people he shot were scummy based on what they were doing, but vigilantism isn't a good solution in these cases. He could easily have ended up dead, and sparked a much more violent aftermath. That wouldn't have solved anything either. The problem with these actions is it causes hotheads on both sides to escalate. And that gets innocent bystanders killed.

Mind you, media made it sound like he was from further away than that. Had I known it was reasonably close, I wouldn't have mentioned the change in community.

So he was looking for trouble when he helped put out a literal dumpster fire at a gas station, which is what directly precipated the events? Was he still looking for trouble when he actively fled from the violent assaults? Was he looking for trouble when he rendered first-aid to an injured BLM protester? Good Lord, what planet are you living on...

I'm so impressed by the fact that he pulled the trigger without hesitation (multiple times).

Someone tried. Didn’t work out too well for the individual.

Actually it worked out kinda well for the first one, if you consider not getting shot to be well, as he was the only one Kyle shot at and missed. Dude must have crapped his pants when he realized how real sh*t got and just lucky he is to escape unscathed. The other two, not so well ha.
