KENT shotgun ammo

The only way to find out if they will work for you, is to pattern them in your gun. I tried them (3", 1-3/8oz, BB) and got a decent, useable pattern, but not as good as I get with cheap Winchesters (3" 1-1/8oz, BB). Maybe if I tried a lighter load of shot in the Kents it could match the pattern I get from the Win's. The Winchester loads are cheaper and available locally though (Kent isn't), so I'm not in a hurry to find out.

I use the 3 1/2" 1550FPS 1 3/8 oz #1 on Geese it's deadly. Best way to find out is to pattern them in your gun. I use Mod choke.

I agree with everyone here. I personally have used the Winchester and Kent in 3 1/2 inch, 1 3/8 ounce BB's, both at the same speed. I have had no noticeable differance in the two. Both of them rock the birds. I would see no problem in shooting the Kent. However the Winchesters are cheaper, and for the no performance differance, why would I not stick with the Winchesters.
