Keppeler rifles in Canada

Just curious - has anyone has come across this brand? A friend of mine told me about this bullpup which looks interesting but I'm not familiar with the brand.

I've heard lots of good things about Keppeler but never seen one in person. I'd love to get my hands on the Hunter model you posted.

The Keppeler KS V sniper model can be seen in the movie ' The Hunter ' starring Willem Dafoe.
Interesting looking weapon.

Yes I'm seeing references to that movie in my search.

Strange, I can't even seem to find a distributor in the US and that would be the market for just about every firearm made.

Not that I am looking to buy (looks pricey) but was hoping to handle one just to see.

I've heard about them as target rifles particularly for ISSF 300m and CISM. Vary rare to find one this side of the pond. Not difficult to bring one in directly from them.

Are bull pup firearms allowed in Canada? Seems to me our less than favourite people, the RCMP , had banned them. If I am wrong I stand to be corrected.

Semi-auto are taboo, but bolt action are good to go....so far.

i believe the issues is that you can't retrofit a bullpup stock?

haven"t looked that seriously at the laws but I know in Canada you can buy this
