Kestrel for PRS / long range shooting

Anyone seen or played with the WeatherFlow weather meter for precision shooting? $85US , need a phone, gives DA and by far the best budget option ive found if this works http://weatherflow.com/weather-meter-for-shooting/

I need to do some research before I buy. Perhaps someone can give me some coles notes in the interim. What is the difference between the 5700 with Applied Ballistics (600-700$ish) and the 5700 Elite (900$ish?).
 
My shooting partner recently got a Kestrel 5700 AB. We used it this weekend at a club level PRS match and it was awesome. The DOPE it gave was was bang on. I may look at upgrading from Kestrel 4000........
