Kestrel replacement parts

Anyone know who carries replacement parts for kestrels in Canada? I need to replace my impeller. Scout base camp has some, but shipping is twice the price of the part.

Any other options?

Core tac is slightly better, $16 shipping for a $23 part. Still looking for a better option.
