Just got my "new" used turkey choke in from TX. I snagged a Kicks Gobblin' Thunder .665 for a whole $30USD
To my surprise when it arrived...it hardly looks used at all with next to no wear signs anywhere
I've gotta get this choke all cleaned up with sabot solvent and clean the ports out well and toss her into one of the 11-87's. Will be interesting to see what barrel it will like??
I'll post some tagets up once I've put some 1 7/8 oz #6 and #5's through it at 40 yards. Really want to run some Federal flight control turkey loads through the Remington Super Full Straight Rifled choke (also .665) to see how they marry up with the straight rifling technology. I suspect it will be a winner!
