Kid Just Arrowed His First Grizzly !!! Pics Up

Its been a dream of mine to arrow down a grizzly, I dont have kids yet but I can only hope when I do he'll take to it like your boy did.

Fred Bear was determined to make an unaided arrow kill on a polar bear. course they didn't have compound bows in those days. Can't remember how many tries it took, before he got it right. ;)

Me pense his testies are a wee bit bigger'n yers.
Blackie with 375 bigg'un chewter ........... 8 feet.
Grizzlie .......... string kerpow...........don't know how many footzies, but I'd be a long way up
a big fir.

Takes some discipline to shoot a nasty fer with strings I tell ya.

Wow. That's impressive with a bow. My hairs stand up when I bow hunt ontario black bears. Let alone a damn grizzly. Well done.
 
His next archery tackle "dream critter" is a Cape Buffalo...........now that's just plain stupid !!!
As manager of my companies I think I'll have to load up on life insurance on him...........SHEEESH............if it ain't one thing it's another !!! Probably a good idea to omit some of his hobbies when filling out the application...........;)
 
Us gun guys always want to know about guns, loads and bullets, so what's the dirt on the Bow and broadhead? Maybe I should dump my .458 for a pointy stick.:runaway:

Never bin much of a string ker-pow chap, but Douglas eloquently
told me the whut fore of strings.
Dang preacher almost has me kon vinced it's the way tewgo.
Not sher where to put the gun powder, but when I figster it owt,
I may dew'er.
