KID match bolt

I just received my match bolt. It looks really nice, it has a different finish than on the factory 10/22 bolt. I will keep you all updated whether or not I notice a difference in accuracy. Here is the site. Read up on it if you like.

Not much of a radius on the rear of the bolt on them from what I see in the pics. Do they come with a pinned firing pin as well? It does not appear to....

No pinned firing pin. The bolt is radiused and properly head spaced. I still have to give it a whirl at the range.

Range report on KID bolt.
- with high velocity ammo, powerpoints and super x 37 grain, grouped alright, I have more first round fliers with this bolt then with the factory bolt.
- cycled match ammo with no problems
- ejects spent cases with no problems
other than the nice finish put on the bolt, I have not noticed any real difference in accuracy.

does the kidd bolt have the full radius or small radius taken offof the back to make cocking easier ??

I am getting a CPC bolt with the small radius and jeweling done.

I believe it is the full radius. It really cycles all types of ammo really well.

The pic you supply looks like it has the small radius. I bet if you pinned the firing pin, it would reduce the flyers in your groups.....
