First night out... cold but slight breeze- Target at 51 yards

Coke cans at 200 and 300 yards

And out again today Winds from 17km to 6km- Target at 50 yards

And coke cans again at 300 yards!

Can you tell I like it Just need lower rings and some more ammo to try. Likes the FGMM and CCI match but did not like the Vipers. Have lots of FGMM to last for right now but would like to know who sell Wolf match 22lr?
Who said a 10/22 can't shoot? Could only get a 4.5" group at 200 yards and a 10.9" group at 300 but I am using the wind and lack of zoom as an excuse for that. Needed 43 moa just to get 300yards

My first firearm was a Ruger 10/22. This is a fun and slightly improved 10/22 years later

I've got that exact setup, except a dlask barrel, and in a rb precision evolution stock.
I'm having trouble getting it to cycle reliably, due to the tight fit of the kidd bolt in the dar22 reciever. How is yours ?
Just curious if the dlask barrel's very tight chamber could be the actual issue...

I've been very impressed with the consistency and accuracy of the Kidd barrel. It does the best with Eley Match, but reasonably well with Eley Sport.

Wolf MT is just SK Std Plus repackaged. You can get it from Hirsch Precision. Test lots of it before you buy a ton. It can be really hit-and-miss...

I had a few failures to extract and even had the bolt stay closed after firing. Might be the wrong spring in it or the fact that its all brand new. Will be trying a lighter spring for the match ammo first (FGMM) then will check for any other concerns if that won't fix it. Vipers hammered the bolt back hard so I think the spring just needs to match the ammo on mine. Maybe 6 FTE's with match ammo out of 400? Worked great at making small groups at 50 but the wind sure moves it around at long ranges

Thanks for the comments and I hope the rest of you with the Dar22/Kidd stuff will post more pics. I have a few parts/toys for this one that will rock when it all arrives (will post picks as soon as it all shows)

I got everything pictured from the EE except for the sling. Wholesale Sports for the sling and ammo!. Rings, scope, rifle. bipod, stock pouch etc was all EE stuff. The EE is going to be my personal dealer for years

Would you have a 10" threaded barrel with that order? After seeing how well this package shoots I want to upgrade my Krinker The trigger is Awesome too!

That one in black is on for $150 right now $155 in sterling.

Way cheaper then my original plan of buying a doner gun for another receiver, once all my parts are here I'll have a full aftermarket parts 10/22 and a half and half with spare parts I have.
