Kimber 84M LongMaster 308

Anybody with experience with this rifle? Comments... acurracy...workmanship?

Is that the same rifle as he 84m clasic? If it is, min is nice, fit and finish is excellent, wood is nice, reasonably accurate (better than 1.5 MOA with most loads) easy on th shoulder, kills deer with significant authority.

It is the Classic model with a medium weight barrel --- weighs 7 1/2 lbs.

Let me rephrase, if my Kimber didn't weigh under 7 lbs scoped, I wouldn't have bought it, I don't particularly care for the whole CRF thing and it's not accurate enough for a regular weight 308.

I think they get them quite regularly at the Shooting edge. Also try SIR.

I've got the same thing in 22/250, shoots like a house on fire and has a great trigger. I don't see how the .308 heavy barrel would fit into my life though.

Wholesale Sports just made their first purchase/order from Kimber the order should be arriving as soon as it clears customs.

I ordered the only Kimber 84M Pro Varmint 22-250 that is in that order this morning.

I can't tell you how they shoot but I can tell you how they look because my bud has one NIB. The fit and finish is first class and the whole rig is just nice, it is very well balanced and feels good, the barrel is not too heavy and nicely fluted with a target crown, the wood was prettty nice too.
