There was a Kimber Hunter listed for which I inquired to the seller. I tried to arrange a face-to-face meet as I had cash in hand but the seller insisted upon an immediate EMT. I assured the seller that I could meet the next day due to our supposed proximity but he/she again pushed for an EMT. That just screamed scam to me.

I agree with Duncan though - only EMT when you're right near them does scream "SCAM"
