Kimber Custom GR II Opinions

I'm thinking about trading up my Springfield 1911 US GI .45 and getting a Kimber Custom Grand Raptor II. I think the look of the GR is damn ###y and I've read good things. I would like to hear from anybody that handled one. Also, anybody know which shop would carry the Kimber GRII?

Fabulous!

My pal just got one. Fit and finish is superb, plus it has the Kimber quality tight frame to slide fit.
Took less than a box to sight in. Terrific rear sight too.
Not cheap though. Top dollar for sure, but you only have to buy it once....
