Kimber Varmint vs Tikka Varmint

Im looking at getting a new varmint rig in .223 and stuck on these 2 rifles.
Im looking at the Tikka T3 Varmint or the Kimber 84M Varmint.
Anybody shootimh either of these?? Im particularly interested in hearing from anyone shooting a Kimber 84M.
