Does anyone know, is there a folding stock available for the SKS along the lines of:

A CZ858:

A Mini-14:

Or even like an AKS74U:

This was quite labour intensive to make.

As far as I know there are no after market folding butt stocks designed expressly for the SKS.

I just can't justify the price difference, at least not right now. Maybe, hopefully in the future.

A CGNer fused parts from a Ruger Mini-14 factory folder to his SKS stock a while back. It actually turned out pretty nice, IMO.

Choate made one, Advanced Technologies (ATI?) had an older style sidefolder that I've shot on my buddy's Norc SKS, and it works well enough.

That Vz.58 folder setup looks cool!
