I looked at that 300H&H a few times, just couldn't screw myself up to paying the price on it, they had a couple of 6.5x57's there at the time too, almost bit on one of those one day. I bought an 1885 in 300H&H about 10 yrs ago, shot a couple of deer with this year it swings a lot nicer than the K1,or a Ruger #1, and the recoil is far more manageable, very little muzzle lift, I saw one bullet hit this year, but, it's 10lbs 2oz they way it is setup, not nearly as nice to carry.
