OK, I was informed last week that I'm getting a 16" rifle, and an 11.5" upper from the current shipment. The one that either just arrived, or is in transit. The #1 upper, is the one I want. That being said, are the rifle in Canada yet?

Very surprised they are going with a shorter rail on the newer version. I like the first version better, even better if it was the slab sides.
