Darrin - any update on when we can expect the uppers in? Are we talking like February or October? :)

Is it possible that uppers will be approved again and lowers won't be?
 
We are waiting on paperwork right now. I figured it would be a little slow going into the holidays, but now I'm hoping it should speed up a little.

I'm hoping for Feb. but I really don't know.
 
Guys, we hit a snag on the SR-25 as while the export license for them was approved it came back with provisos that basically forbid us shipping a SR-25 EM Carbine.

We are checking with DOS and DDTC on this to have the provisos explained and rationalized as they have countradicted themselves in other export permits they approved.

Please bear with us.

Thanks for all the info but what about the SR-15. I don't care to much for the SR-25 because I did not pre ordered a SR-25. I pre ordered a SR-15. Sorry if I sound like an a** that's not my intent. I am curios if you hit any snags with them or are you waiting for an answer from DOS or who ever gives you the answers.

Damn. When is the US going to realise that ITAR is just hurting its commercial interests? it isn't like the AR15 design has been a secret for over 50 years.
