Yeah, I kinda thought that would be the result. I have a canteliver on my slug barrel. It is from Ithaca gun and made for an 870 and is pretty high. I plan on putting a Bushnell Banner 1.75-4 on it because they are spec'd to have a 6" eye relief (I would prefer to avoid the scope bite). I tried the barrel on a buddy's spec-op equipped 870 and you can see through the scope but you are floating your cheek off the comb and I would prefer a solid cheek weld. I would like to hear from someone who has the power pack with a similar canteliver set up and how they find the comb feels.
