Knoxx Stock on Dlask 8.5

Will using the Knoxx stock on this shotgun result in legal difficulties? I have the original stock that came with it installed right now but want to try my Knoxx on it.

I think it would be sub 26" with the stock collapsed all the way.

Do you already have the Knoxx stock? Which model is it?
I'm pretty sure if you measure the shotgun from the muzzle to the stock mounting flange, measure the stock from the mounting surface to the butt-plate and then add the two togather should get you in the ballpark. If it's pretty close install it just to check. I do remember one person installing the Spec-Ops stock and it was just over 26" on the 8.5".

I think you'll find it about 28" with the stock collapsed all the way.

Ok, its a Spec Ops fixed so it will work.
Its on my Remmy 870 Tactical that I bought at Hunter's a few years back.
