Kovrov SVT Reciever variation

Well I picked up an SVT (Kovrov) and got it home to realize that the reciever marking is quite different than my other Kovrov.

My first Kovrov has the arrow within a narrow oval (I can find several examples similar on the internet). However, this newest Kovrov has an arrow within a wide oval.

Does anyone else have this variation?

I have this version; "this newest Kovrov has an arrow within a wide oval". But mine have the original notch on the top of the receiver for snipers.
