Barrels for the Norwegian Krags and for the Dutch and Romanian Mannlichers BOTH, have been long out of production.
Very few of EITHER type of rifle ever were disposed of in this country and, as far as I can recall, there has been no staggering influx of parts, either.
You MIGHT be able to find these in the States, but there are all kinds of export restrictions in place. Having the barrels sent to ICELAND and then on to Canada likely wold be easier than trying to import the things youself. Have a drinking buddy in Reykjavik?
Might be an idea to get onto one of the Norwegian or Dutch forums and ask there.
I know that Krags were being rebuilt for the sealing industry in Norway, but that was before the Greenpeace idiots and that crook Brian Davies put an end to that: better than 30 years ago.
