I have an old Kreighoff K32 that is giving me trigger troubles.
At least one in five times up when I pull the trigger nothing happens, it as if the hammers aren't being cocked when I open.

Anyone here no of a gunsmith in Eastern Ontario that can take a look at this?
I would like it fixed before spring Trap season.

Cheers

Don't know about Eastern Ont. but Lawry's and precision arms(Steve Milton) I think i got the name and outfit right on the last one. Both are in S. Ont. I have dealt with both a little in the past and they know their Kreighoffs. The North American Office for Kreighoff is in Ottsville Penn. and they are great to deal with and will ship parts(some), alot of Kreighoff work is treated like warranty work by these folks in Penn. as a Kreighoff is a lifetime investment.

I owned a K32 for several years. There was a man in Oshawa who specialized in repairing them. This was about a decade ago and damned if I can remember his name. Maybe someone else has it.

Have you taken the stock off and looked inside the trigger mechanism? When something isn't working right I start first by making sure there isn't some dirt or crud in the somewhere in system. It may also be that your cocking rods are worn and not reliably resetting the hammers. Does it make a difference how you open the gun? As in if you don't open it completely can you get the failure to occur?

When I had my K-gun it needed to go to Ottsville to have the barrels reset after it developed a headspace problem. The gun came back looking like new but it took several months and this was pre 9/11.

Steve Milton would be who I'd call if you can't track the guy in Oshawa down.

I haven't had the stock off but I will do that tonight, the guy I had purchased it from had sometime ago changed it to release trigger and then converted it back, he claims he never had an issue with it but who knows.

Thanks for the names I will start there.

Cheers
