Buddy off mine has one, ex GSG 9 he tells me, with an extra 750g weight in the butt forbalance.
Wondering how many 650S's there might be within our borders.

Turns out another friend of mine came across couple boxes of magazines for them, 5 and 3 rds.
Of course i got the two of them together.

Here's something that I'd like to point out about the magazines. Though they are for the 650, they also fit perfectly in rifles based on the 600 with the simple addition of a small slot for the latch in the proper location.

The reason it matters to me is I spent years looking for a spare mag for my Anschutz 1574 in .308 which is based on the Krico 600. They are rarer than hen's teeth, believe me. After years of looking for a spare I now have four. :) If someone needs instructions on making the conversion I'd be happy to help.

Evenin', Gentlemen, I have the honour of being the friend of which Diopter spoke, over here in UK. A few years back, before Krico disappeared into oblivion [more later] I was talking to Dr Arndt Kriegeskorte, the sales director, about the five-round mags that Diopter has showed you. To my horror, he quoted me a tad under 150 euros each. So if you are in need of one, or two, go get 'em is my advice.

As for spares for Krico, well, there is now a company based in Norway that claims the name of krico.eu, but they answered me in gibberish when I emailed them a few months ago. Now I've damaged the rubber-like butt plate, and need a new one, contacting them has proven to be as much use as writing to Atlantis. So basically we Krico owners and now on our own. It's great pity, as mine has always been a great shooter with my pet loads - 155gr Lapua Scenar over 39.5gr of N140, or the same bullet over 44gr of IMR4064. Both result in repeatable three-shot one hole groups at 100m, even with me shooting. I've put a documented 8000+ rounds down it since I obtained it back in 2001.

I remember seeing one for sale at the Orangeville gun show here in Ontario quite a few years (10?) back. Can't remember what they were asking but was definitely a beautiful rifle.
